House in Jordanhill Glasgow
 
Our client wished to extend their accommodation at first floor level above their existing garage.
The brief to leave as much of the existing 1990s 3-bedroom house was particularly challenging given the compact nature of the property.
It was important to our client that the extension retained elements from the design of the existing surroundings.
An additional bedroom with en-suite shower room is positioned to the rear with a brand new bathroom positioned at the front above the garage.
