KOBA Architecture is a young architectural practice based in Glasgow and Lanark, providing architectural services all across Scotland and is currently engaged in projects in Glasgow, Stirlingshire, South Lanarkshire and Aberdeenshire.

With a strong background in domestic, residential and commercial design, KOBA Architecture is well-placed to advise on your building project.  Whether it be small-scale alteration, extension, conversion or larger-scale new build proposals, KOBA has experience of projects ranging from minor domestic works costing £1,000, layout planning for major volume housebuilders, and bespoke commercial facilities costing up to £25m.

With the green agenda impacting more and more on our daily lives, KOBA also provide advice on sustainable building design and how your project can minimise energy use and lower its carbon footprint.

Hailing originally from the north-east of Scotland, KOBA Director Kevin O'Brien graduated from the Scott Sutherland School of Architecture in Aberdeen in 2003 and has retained strong links with the Aberdeenshire area.  Since qualifying fully as an architect in 2004, Kevin has served as project architect on residential, commercial and industrial schemes in Glasgow, Lanarkshire & Renfrewshire, as well as being involved in wider architect teams for education, custodial and leisure buildings.
